Learn the latest approaches to protecting intellectual property including copyrights, trademarks and patents in the Technology Law course offered by Penn Law’s Master in Law Program offered on Wednesdays 5:30-8:15pm. In the digital age, organizations must consider technology and intellectual property issues as technological advancement has become a vital element to the success of most modern businesses. Given its rapid change and growth, it is important that employees understand the laws and regulations governing this space. In LAWM 506, students will learn the impact of potential liability of product design, protection and enforcement of intellectual property, data privacy, technology licensing, and the proper bounds of employment relationships with respect to intellectual property.
