Fall is here, and so is your chance to check in on your health — for free! Penn Healthy You is bringing confidential biometric screenings to convenient locations across campus from October 6 through November 19. In just a short visit, you can learn important information about your health and earn a $50 cash reward through the 2026-2027 Penn Healthy You rewards campaign.
Join us on Tuesday, October 6, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. in Houston Hall’s Bodek Lounge for our biometric screening kickoff and wellness fair. In addition to a pre-registered screening, you can meet Penn health and well-being partners, learn about available resources, and enter prize drawings.
What You’ll Learn at Your Biometric Screening
- Blood pressure
- Lipids (total, HDL, and LDL cholesterol, and triglycerides)
- Blood sugar/glucose
Your privacy matters to us. Penn will never see your individual screening results, health assessment answers, or personal health goals.
Schedule Your Screening
Ready to schedule? Appointments are available at campus locations from October 6 through November 19. Visit the Health Advocate website and log in with your PennKey and password. Click the HEALTH tab at the top, then Get a Health Screening. Look for Health Screening Event and click Schedule Now. Choose your preferred location and follow the steps to book your appointment. You’ll receive a confirmation email from Health Advocate.

Your biometric screening earns 1,000 points and a $50 cash reward toward the 2026-2027 Penn Healthy You annual rewards campaign. Eligible participants can earn up to $300 in cash rewards by completing eligible wellness activities during the campaign year.*
