The 30×30 Challenge is an effort to encourage the Penn community to get outside, learn about local ecology, and appreciate the beauty of nature. Join Penn’s 30×30 Challenge and challenge yourself to spend at least 30 minutes outdoors in nature each day for all 30 days of April. The Challenge runs from April 1 – 30. The Challenge aims to emphasize that nature is a free and impactful way to feel relief and improve your health and well-being. During the COVID-19 pandemic, we have all found ourselves facing new stressors and new challenges, and our time spent indoors has increased significantly during remote work.

For benefits-eligible faculty and staff, please sign up on the Virgin Pulse platform under “Challenges” starting on Monday, March 22. As a reminder, staff can earn 20 Be in the Know points for completing the challenge (which translates to $20 of Pulse cash)!
