A Penn Arts & Sciences tradition since 2003, the 60-Second Lectures returns this fall to the College Green!

Every fall and spring, you can find the School’s faculty on the College Green tasking a minute to share their perspectives on a wide range of topics and interests.

Join us on Wednesday, September 3 as Gareth Roberts, Associate Professor of Linguistics, kicks off the fall season with the question, How old is language?

UPCOMING LECTURES

Can’t make it to the lecture? We got you covered! Watch a recording of the lecture on Facebook or Instagram @PennSAS the day after.

The 60-Second Lectures is generously funded by the Adolf and Felicia Leon Fund, which supports Penn Arts & Sciences programming and lecture series.
