Join our September Wellness Walk – now led by our Campus Recreation partners and supported by the Penn Healthy You team!
The walking team will meet at 12:00pm in front of the LOVE statue on Locust Walk and begin a two-mile walk on/near Penn’s beautiful campus. Use this time for a well-deserved wellness break, while increasing your steps and physical activity, building social connections with your colleagues, and having fun! Don’t forget to wear sneakers or comfortable shoes, bring water, and invite a colleague or two to join us.
