Join Penn Campus Recreation and Penn Violence Prevention on Wednesday mornings in October for a trauma-informed yoga practice. Each week we will meet from 9-10AM in Studio 414, for a safe and inclusive practice. Join Nicole from Studio 34 for the classes on October 5th and 19th, and Allyssa from Yoga Habit on October 12th and 26th. Free and open to the Penn community. Attend one class or all four. Pre-registration is encouraged, but not mandatory; classes cap at 40. If you have a yoga mat, we recommend you bring it. We will have some to borrow as well.
