Find programs and resources to design a step-by-step blueprint for sustainable healthy habits, stronger connections, and feeling your best. Take advantage of free tools that help you get active, eat healthy, manage stress, and focus on what is most important to you.

With the new WebMD partnership, Penn and Be in the Know will continue the best elements of the campaign, with enhancements designed to elevate your overall well-being and experience.

Highlights for 2025-2026

Personalized wellness: Complete your choice of activities that are most meaningful to your health to earn points and rewards. There is no required “gateway” activity to start earning rewards.

Simplified points and rewards structure: Earn a $50 cash incentive for every 1,000 points completed, earning a maximum of $300 by reaching 6,000 points. Keep going to 9,000 points to earn VIP status and special recognition!

Rewards added to paychecks quarterly: All rewards will be cash incentives added to your paycheck and will be paid quarterly*.

Wide array of Be in the Know activities: Popular offerings will continue (biometric screening, online health assessment, preventative health options, and Penn wellness activities) plus you have access to new WebMD online options (DailyHabits, coaching, challenges, health trackers, community board, and learning content, including RethinkCare videos.)
