From February 2 through February 13, when you board a LUCY bus and show your PennCard to the driver, a survey counter will also take note of your ID affiliation. SEPTA and University City District are counting institutional badges for planning and research purposes only. No personal information will be collected. The process is quick, and your free rides will continue without interruption.
