Venture Capital Bootcamp for Penn Professionals – Registration Open
The Master in Law (ML) Program’s Venture Capital Bootcamp (LAWM 5590) offers Penn professionals a hands-on introduction to the legal and strategic foundations of early-stage investing and entrepreneurship. Through interactive sessions, participants explore venture financing structures, term sheets, due diligence, valuation, and pitch development, culminating in team-based exercises and real-world simulations. This course is designed specifically for non-lawyers.
The bootcamp meets March 20–21 and March 27–28, 2026, from 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Registration is open through March 20, 2026. Penn staff and faculty eligible for tuition benefits may apply them to this course.
