Penn employees are invited to join us for an in-person information session to learn about the Fels Institute of Government’s Executive Master of Public Administration (EMPA) program, designed for working professionals with 5+ years of experience. Find out how our program brings context, analysis, and practice to life with real-world applications, empowering public and nonprofit leaders to create social impact. We will also review our low-residency model tailored for full-time working professionals and Penn’s tuition benefits, as well as answer any questions you may have about the program. Lunch will be provided, and seats are limited.
The application deadline to join our EMPA cohort beginning this fall 2026 is April 1, 2026.
