OPEN MIC NIGHT: “PRESERVING OUR STORIES”
Presented by The Office of Social Equity & Community at Penn

Wednesday 4/22/26 | 6:00-8:00PM
Irvine Auditorium Amado Recital Hall

Do you have a song, poem, dance, or story you’ve always wanted to share but haven’t had a chance to? Do you have a favorite family story that you love to tell or have always wanted to tell? A story that makes people laugh, has an important lesson or that you do not want to be forgotten? Come share it with us! Creative community sharing and storytelling is a tradition as old as existence, so come through, feed your soul, and be part of preserving the stories and culture of our communities! Feel free to share non-original works aligned with the themes of cultural preservation, resistance, and legacy. (And no pressure if you just want to come, sit back, and enjoy the show!) All languages and levels of performance experience are welcome!

Dinner will be served promptly at 6 p.m.

Registration is required. RSVP here.
